My wife and I assisted at PYDS for several months in 2007 and rate this project as one of the most effective we have seen. We have experience in educational development projects in South Africa, Zambia, Solomon Islands, Fiji, Australia and four projects in India. I have experience in project design, implementation, monitoring and funding acquittal. We can confidently recommend this project to potential donors. It meets a real and urgent need, assisting among the poorest of Indias youth with a highly structured, after-school-hours learning |

program. Not a cent of funding is wasted; most donors are personal friends of Board members, supporting the project because of their respect and esteem for those directing the project, its aims and results. Board members are largely retired, respected businessmen and women. Decision-making and funds acquittals are totally transparent. I have no hesitation in judging them to be corruption-free.
