The governing body is responsible for the management and administration of all affairs of the society. All directors serve selflessly with no compensation; not even sitting fees or travelling costs. All are donors themselves.
Superior governing practices are necessary to handle developments. A well thought out Governance Manual guides operations. Retired members are encouraged to remain involved in the organization’s activities through their continued membership of the society.
We have nine exemplary individuals on our board who work for the society pro bono.
