We have experimented with different numbers of students in each class and currently are operating with an average of 15 in each class. The optimum number that we handle has reference to the capital costs that have been incurred and the recurring costs that we now suffer due to our need to target good teachers and maintain the facilities that we own. We have invested seriously in classrooms, computers and other physical assets to help the children learn. In addition to the mentorship provided by the teachers, students from upper level classes are matched with a child from a lower level class to aide them in their studies. |
